Since living in Mallorca for the last 27 years, I have always used Insurance Express in Palma Nova as my brokers despite the fact that I speak Spanish and could have easily changed to a Spanish broker or even taken the plunge to go direct with an insurance company... However, I can honestly say that the staff in this office have always gone the extra mile for me, without my having to either remind them or request any special service from them. I recently had such a pleasant surprise when Silvana (in the claims department) wrote to me to say that she had taken up the process to claim from someone who had bumped into my car door and that I hadn't even had the time to explain anything further to her other than send a photo of the form he had filled in with me. She'd organized everything for me and made sure that the garage chosen for the repair was close to my workplace so that it was simple for me to drop it off there. I can't express enough how much this helped me. I hate dealing with paperwork issues and begrudge spending so much time on them, so being able to leave everything in the hands of Silvana and the rest of the friendly staff at Insurance Express was such a relief. Over the years I've referred all of my clients to them for their various insurance needs and they have always given me positive feedback of their experiences.... What's more, they have always managed to come up with the best policy according to my budget and have given me advice to let me know if it's worth changing my insurance company to take advantage of a special offer etc.

Take it from me, the luxury of speaking to a friendly and competant person, in your mother tongue when you've just had an accident, is priceless.

My mother has her car insurance, sorted by Alix Black of Insurance Express for years and after problems finding someone in local insurance firm offices who would give us a quote, stopped by Insurance express. We had it all sorted about an hour later, with friendly service. Since I have added car policies and home insurance.
Recently my mother had a car collision, Alix was very helpful sorting out the "Grua", after a call with a borrowed mobile.
