We have had 10 wonderful days at No. 17 and the beautiful town of Competa.
The house was perfect! Very nice and clean. It is fully equipped with everything you need and the roof terrace was amazing!
A view of the mountains, the sea and the church. And a nice pool to cool down during the hot days.
Nicki and Paul are great hosts. No problems at all in the communication and the website for no. 17 was very useful with all the practical information needed plus some great recommendations.
We look forward to our future holidays with them in Competa.

What a time we had in No. 17! Honestly, don't know where to begin to describe, how caring and amazing hosts Nicki and Paul are and what a charming accommodation they have created. We have spent an unforgettable 3 weeks in No 17!

They have created not only a place to stay but the whole experience. Definitely exceeded all our expectations, they really have thought about every detail.

We were greeted with the welcome basket, which included food, wine, and even homemade and delicious orange cake. The house was decorated for Christmas and they have left presents for the whole family under the tree. Thank you so much!

The communication from the hosts was great during our stay and before our arrival. They have sent us all the information about everything we needed to know and answered every question we had. Sincerely, we didn't have to look for any information, everything was taken care of by Paul and Nicki.

The house itself is really cozy and stylish, it couldn’t have been better located! It's made up to a really high standard. Comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, and the kitchen provided all appliances we needed for cooking. There is everything you need for a nice holiday short or long. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a plunge pool on sunny days and the views from the terrace were stunning.

We really fell in love with the house and Competa. Competa is such a charming and welcoming village with nice restaurants and very good food. The views everywhere you go in Competa are breathtaking, really recommend exploring Competa to everyone.

In conclusion, we don't think the 5* rating is enough for Nicki and Paul as hosts and to the No.17. We easily would give much more than 5*. We had such an amazing 3 weeks holiday and always were so nice to come back 'home' after our daily travels.

Highly recommended! Definitely coming back! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic property in a fantastic setting. We were very impressed with no17, the standard and quality of everything in the property were second to none. This included all the furniture and fittings but especially the comfy beds, linen and towels. There is everything you need for a high class self catering holiday. The added bonus of the roof terrace and plunge pool was exceptional. If you want a relaxing break and don’t want to venture out you are well and truly catered for. However the village and the square are a delight with some high quality places to eat, too many to mention and not enough holiday time to make return visits to them. We ventured out to local villages, the scenery and sunsets are amazing. Would I recommend this property? Yes without a doubt.

No 17 is a really beautiful house - tasetefully renovated and well equipped and it was cleaned to an exceptional standard. The beds and comfortable, the showers are powerful and the views from the roof terrace are superb. Nicki was super quick to respond to our questions, both before and during our stay and her recommendations for local restaurants and beaches were excellent. Competa is a lovely hill village, with great restaurants and well stocked shops, a good base for a holiday.

Amazing townhouse in a fantastic location close to all restaurants and supermarkets. Peaceful with an excellent rooftop pool and high quality bedding, towels and kitchen facilities. Huge ensuites and air conditioning if required. We hardly used it as the bedrooms were so cool. Nicki and Paul were excellent hosts and the communication was first class. We will be back. Thank you both so much for a fantastic break.

No 17 is just as charming in person as it appears in its photos, from the rooftop plunge pool to the cute dachshund accents it's everything needed for a self-catered moment in Competa. My bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, I could do a mid-trip load of laundry, and I could enjoy a sunrise cup of tea or a sunset deep breath on the rooftop every day and listen to the bells from the church tower.
Competa invites relaxing, walking, and a meal in the plaza and No 17's location was perfect for this. Just steps from the center of town I felt as though I could step out the door and be in the heart of everything in two minutes, or amble through the weaving town roads to see what was around every corner.
Nicki and Paul were fabulous hosts with a great welcome basket who took my early arrival gaff in style. (Still embarrassed, thanks for accommodating a weary traveler who apparently can't navigate the international date line.) I already want to return to Competa and should fates allow Competa Escapes will be my choice.

A beautiful town house in a beautiful town. Everything about the house was perfect, perfect for a relaxing holiday with great views from the roof top pool.
The hamper on arrival was a very special touch and greatly appreciated. We have already booked for next year. You really couldn't go far wrong booking with Competá Escapes if you want a relaxing holiday.

No 17 is a beautiful townhouse which enhanced our experience of staying in Competa. Everything we could possibly need was available @ No 17.
It was well located with local shops including a bakery and greengrocer a few moments away. We would thoroughly recommend this lovely accommodation.
