Tenia mi casa reservada con ellos y el cliente habia dejado la fianza para reservar el alquiler. Cuando ha llegado la fecha el cliente no ha querido seguir con el alquiler y a mi no me han dado la reserva que habia como señal. No se si se la habrán quedado ellos o se la habrán devuelto al cliente, pero yo no tengo ni cliente ni dinero, y como es evidente en todo esre tiempo que la he tenido reservada no he podido enseñarla porque pense que esta empresa era formal, pero nunca trabajaría con ellos, ya son varias reseñas malas, por algo será, cuidado con ellos.

I can highly recommend Marbella Pads and Deborah especially. We wanted to move to Spain around the Estepona area and she showed us around 12 property’s over the space of a few days. Deborah has been amazing. Stu delivers and found the flat I needed. After almost beeing scammed by another company, I was super suspicious with Marbellapads. They have a nice office in San Pedro, but not the traditional office with many properties listed in the window. I found Marbellapads at the net and Stu contacted me very quickly and had a flat that was ready to move in immediately. I was thinking it was too good to be true, but we met in the flat, and it was just what I needed. I still could not believe it was not a scam, being in the middle of the high season in Marbella. Next day we met in the office and i signed the initial agreement and paid the first months rental. The rest was to be paid at delivery. I have to admit i had mixed feelings while waiting for the owner to sign the final lease agreement and waiting for the flat. But Stu set up a WhatsApp gruppe with the owner that calmed me down. And at the day of delivery Stu brought the keys and even his wife and I paid the money and moved in as agreed. Stu came through and delivered as promised, and found me a flat with very nice owners from the USA. I will take really good care of this flat during the rental to honor the work of Stu so the owner will be as satisfied with the agreement as me. I would never been able to find this flat alone. And, I have found that the majority of real estate agents are mediocre...at best. Thankfully on this move I am working with the most capable, knowledgeable, professional agent I have ever encountered.
